So two-thirds of all the Senators elected having voted in
the affirmative,

Said bill was read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

Mr. Browne moved that House bill entitled an Act to es-
tablish voting precincts in Westminster District No. 1, of
Carroll county, be read the third time this day.

The yeas and nays were called, as required by section 27,
of Article 3 of the Constitution and appeared, as follows :
