We have received your message requesting the return of
the bill entitled an Act for the relief of B. F. May and others,
and herewith return the same.

Gentlemen of the Senate :

We have received your message non-concurring in the pro-
posal to adjourn sine die at 12 o'clock midnight, and propos-
ing on the part of the Senate that the two Houses adjourn
sine die at 6 o'clock A. M. to-morrow, and we respectfully
non-concur therein.

Gentlemen of the Senate :

We have received your message requesting the return to
your Honorable Body of the House bill entitled an Act to
add a new section to Article 16, of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled "Chancery," sub-title "Jurisdiction," and
respectfully decline to comply therewith.

Which were severally read.

Mr. Browne moved that the House bill entitled an Act
directing the Comptroller to pay Wm. Frizzell a sum of
money erroneously paid into the Treasury be read the third,
time this day.

The yeas and nays were called as required by section 27 of
Article 3, of the Constitution, and appeared, as follows:
