The House bill entitled an Act to prevent the sale of spiri-
tuous or fermented liquors on Tilghman's Island, Talbot
county, or within three miles thereof,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:

Mr. Clarke moved that House bill entitled an Act to
amend chapter 90, passed at January session, 1868, entitled
an Act to incorporate the Deer Park Turnpike Road Com-
pany of Baltimore county, be read the third time this day.

The yeas and nays were called as required by section 27,
of Article 3, of the Constitution and appeared, as follows :
