Said message was then sent to the House of Delegates.
Mr. Wilson moved that House bill entitled an Act to
amend section 1, of Article 38, Code of Public General Laws,
title "Fees of Officers," by repealing and re-enacting the
same with amendments, be read the third time this day.

The yeas and nays were called as required by section 27,
of Article 3, of the Constitution and appeared, as follows :

AFFIRMATIVE.

Messrs. President, Kimmel,
Biggs, Maddox,
Browne, Malone,
Carroll, Parker,
Earle, Miller,
Fields, Sellman,
Henkle, Snyder,
Henry, Timmons,
Hyland, Wilson—19.
Jump,
NEGATIVE—None.

So two-thirds of all the Senators elected having voted in
the affirmative,

Said bill was read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays, as follows :

Mr. Stephenson moved that House bill entitled an Act to
add the following sub-sections to Article 12, of the Code of
Public Local Laws, title "Harford County," to come in after
section one hundred and. thirty-six, be read the third time
this day.

The yeas and nays were called as required by section 27,
of Article 3, of the Constitution and appeared, as follows :
