The Secretary of the Senate delivered the following bill:
A bill entitled an Act to appropriate a sum of money to
furnish the Governor's Mansion, and appoint a Committee
to superintend and control the disbursement of the same, and
the purchase of the furniture.
Which was read a first time, and referred to the Commit-
tee on Public Buildings.
On motion of Mr. Blake,
A call of the House was ordered.

All further proceedings under the call were dispensed with.
Mr. Blake, Chairman of the Committee on Public Build-
ings, moved a suspension of the rules to enable him to
report a Senate bill, which had been referred to said Com-
mittee this day.
