Mr. Carroll moved that the vote be reconsidered by which
said Resolutions were lost.

Mr. Fields called for the yeas and nays.
On the question being, put.
It was determined in the affirmative :

AFFIRMATIVE.

Browne, Miller,
Carroll, Sellman,
Clarke, Timmons,
Denson, Wilson—11.
Grove,
NEGATIVE.

Messrs. Fields, Parker,

On motion by Mr. Carroll,
Said resolutions were laid over informally.
On motion by Mr. Clarke,

The Senate was called and the Sergeant-at-Arms directed to
wait upon absent Senators and inform them that their pre-
sence was required, in the Senate Chamber.

On motion by Mr. Carroll,

Further proceedings under the call were dispensed with.
Mr. Carroll called up Resolutions.

Mr. Fields moved to postpone the further consideration of
said Resolutions until Tuesday next.

On the question being put,

It was determined in the negative by yeas and nays, as
follows:
