A bill entitled an Act to repeal section 18, of the Act en-
titled an Act to incorporate a Companyto build a Turnpike
Road from Libertytown, Frederick county, through Johns-
ville to Pipe Creek, chapter 338, passed January session,
1864, and re-enact the same with amendments.
Which was adopted.
And the bill as amended, read a third time and passed

The bill entitled an Act to authorize, empower, and require
William Stewart, Administrator and Trustee, to sell the
real estate of Isaac Stewart, late of Somerset county, deceased,
under a decree of the Orphans' Court for Somerset county, to
pay over the balance in his hands, as Administrator and
Trustee aforesaid, after satisfying all just debts of the said
Isaac Stewart, including costs of Administration and Trus-
tee's commissions, to Anne Stewart,
