Mr. Fields submitted the following amendment:

Under the head of "Baltimore City," amend by striking out
in line 8 the word "fifteen," and insert in lieu thereof the
word ten.

Mr. Fields withdrew said amendment.
Mr. Carroll submitted the following amendment :

Add at the end of section, under the head of "Charitable
Institutions" for the St. Mary's Industrial School, six thou-
sand dollars.

Mr. Fields submitted the following amendment to the
amendment:

Amend by striking out in line I from the word "to" to
the word "dollars" in the 15th line.

On the question being put,
