NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.

The House bill entitled an Act to add additional sections
to Article 26, of the Code of Public General Laws as amend-
ed and passed at the January session, 1868, chapter 471, re-
lating to corporations,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
AFFIRMATIVE.

Fields, Timmons,
Hyland, Welch,

NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

The House bill entitled an Act to repeal section 112, of
the Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, of 1868,
chapter 471, relating to the formation of corporations, and
to re-enact the said section.

Being upon the third reading.
Mr. Henkle submitted the following amendments :

Amend at the end of section 112 by adding, provided, the
County Commissioners of the county in which said road is
located shall consent to such location.

Which was read and adopted.
The section, as amended, was then read and adopted.

Mr. Henkle submitted the following amendment, to the
title by adding the words: with amendments.
