Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates.

Mr. Malone moved that the rules be suspended in order to
give the Senate bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Salis-
bury Navigation, Towing and Wharf Company the third
reading.

The yeas and nays were called as required by section 27,
of Article 3, of the Constitution, and appeared as follows :

AFFIRMATIVE.

Carroll, Miller,
Clarke, Parker,
Earle, Sellman,
Fields, Snyder,
Grove, Stephenson,

the affirmative,

Said bill was read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays, as follows:

Mr. Miller moved that, the rules be suspended in order to
give the Senate bill entitled an Act to amend the 8th Article
of the Public Local Laws, of Cecil county, title, " Elkton,"
by repealing sections 66, 68 and 69, and re-enact the same
in an amended, form, the third reading.

The yeas and nays were called as required by section 27,
of Article 3, of the Constitution and appeared, as follows :
