Amend by adding section 4, And be it enacted, This Act.
shall take effect from and after the date of its passage.

ordered to be engrossed for a third reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to prevent stationary or
permanent weirs or hedges being placed in the western
branch of the Patuxent river and the eastern branch of the
Potomac and its tributaries,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:

The Senate bill entitled an Act to provide for the inspec-
tion of all artificially manufactured or manipulated fertilizers
imported or brought into or manufactured for sale in the
State of Maryland,

Was considered and postponed until to-morrow at 2
o'clock.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 82 and
84, of Article 10, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Dorchester County," sub-title "Collectors," relating to the
redemption of real estate sold for taxes, and the mode of re-
covering possession thereof,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:
