A bill entitled an Act to amend the Act of 1841,
chapter 32, entitled an Act to incorporate the Maryland
College of Pharmacy, and to renew and extend said charter

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays,"

A bill entitled an Act to prevent incompetent persons
from conducting the business of Druggist or Apothecary in
the City of Baltimore.

Endorsed, "Passed byyeas and nays."

A bill entitled an Act to enable the Mount Vernon
Manufacturing Company of Baltimore city, incorporated un-
der Article 26, of the Code of Public General Laws of this
State, as the same is amended by the Act of January session,
1868, chapter 471, to conduct its manufacturing operation
upon property by it owned in the City of Alexandria, in the
State of Virginia.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

The House Joint Resolutions requiring and directing the
Treasurer, under the direction of the Governor, to sell the
remaining bonds of the Defence Loan, the proceeds to be ap-

plied to the current wants of the Treasury,
