Being the Senate bill entitled an Act supplementary to an
Act entitled an Act to make certain improvements in the vi-
cinity of the State Live Stock Scales, passed at the January
session, 1864, chapter 23, and to an Act amendatory thereof,
passed 1866, chapter 120, by appropriating a sum of money
to enable the Commissioners therein named, to discharge the
liabilities incurred thereunder.

Mr. Stephenson moved that said bill be recommitted to
the Committee on Finance.

Mr. Fields called for the yeas and nays.
