session, 1867, chapter 121, so as to extend the time for the
commencement and completion of the same,

Amend section 17 by inserting the following after the
word "year," in the second line, from the passage of this
Act.

The section, as amended, was then read and adopted.

Said bill was then ordered to be engrossed for a third
reading.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend Article 22, of
the Code of Public Local Laws for Wicomico county by add-
ing several new sections thereto, entitled an Act to extend
the Town of Salisbury, and to enlarge the powers of the
Town Commissioners of said Town, to come in alter section
21 of said Article,
