The House bill entitled an Act to enable certain alien heirs.
of William Dalzell, late of Montgomery county, dec'd, to take
by descent, certain lands lying in Montgomery county,

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:

extend the corporate limits of the town of Salisbury.

Commissioners of Wicomico county to appoint an additional
Constable in Sharptown district, No. 10, of said county,
