follows:

NEGATIVE—None.

Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates.
By unanimous consent,

Mr. Denson, from the Select Committee to whom was re-
ferred House bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 958 and
959, of an Act entitled an Act to ratify the purchase and
to provide for the organization and. government of Druid Hill
and Patterson Parks, belonging to Baltimore city, by incor-
porating certain additional sections in Article 4, of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Baltimore, &c.,

Reported it without amendment.
Said bill was then read the second time.

Mr. Denson moved that said bill be read the third time
this day.

The yeas and nays were called, as required by section 27
of Article 3, of the Constitution, and appeared, as follows :

AFFIRMATIVE.

Messrs. Browne, Malone,
Clarke, Miller,
Denson, Parker,
Earle, Snyder,
Fields, Stephenson,
Hyland, Timmons,
Kimmel, Welch—15.

NEGATIVE—None.

So two-thirds of all the Senators elected having voted in
the affirmative,

Said bill was then placed on its third reading.

Mr. Kimmel moved that said bill be recommitted to a Se-
