The vote by which the bill entitled an Act to repeal chap-
ter 295, Act of Assembly, 1868, entitled an Act to amend
Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title " Guano,"
by adding thereto the following sections, relating to the in-
spection of all fertilizers other than Guano, and to substitute
the following in lieu thereof, was ordered to be made the
order of the day for Monday next, was reconsidered.

The bill being then upon a second reading.
On motion of Mr. Watkins,

The further consideration thereof was postponed, and the
bill was made the order of the day for Tuesday next, the
first of February.
