The Senate bill entitled an Act to release James P. Pal-
mer, David Friel and Stewart R. Emory, securities on the
bond of John Palmer, Collector of State and County Taxes
in the Third Election District of Queen Anne's county, for
the year 1866, from the payment of interest on State Tax
levied on said district for said year 1866,

Sons, of the city of Baltimore, agents of Brown, Shipley &
Company, of London, the sum of fifty-eight pounds, six-

erroneously paid by them into the Treasury, on or about the
