Mr. Stephenson, from the Select Committee to whom the
leave was granted, reported a bill entitled an Act to amend
the charter of the Maryland Central Railroad Company,
passed at the January session, 1867, chapter 121, so as to
extend the time for the commencement and completion of the
same, asked to be discharged from the further consideration
thereof.
