Article 97, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to
State Wharfinger and wharves, and to re-enact the same
with amendments.

titled an Act to add a new section to the Code of Public
Local Laws for Cecil county, under the title of Schools, for
the purpose of apportioning the Academic Fund of said
