A call of the House was ordered.

of Caroline, Sanner, Hamilton, Cooper, Morse, Blake, Wil-
son, of Baltimore city, Wiley, McLane, Kirk, Collins,
Ehlen, Markland, Marshall, Hoblitzell, Neill, Welty Mur-
dock, Sword, Seibert, Hilton, Veitch, Watkins, Wilson, of
Allegany, Jordan, Winters, Merrick, Gorman, Craw-
ford—64.

On motion of Mr. Merrick,

All further proceedings under the call were dispensed
with.

Mr. McLane submitted the following message:

BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES,

April 4, 1870.
Gentlemen of the Senate:

We have received your message non-concurring in the pro-
posal to adjourn sine die at twelve o'clock, midnight, and pro-
posing on the part of the Senate, that the two Houses adjourn
sine die at six o'clock on to-morrow, and we respectfully non-
concur therein.
