of chapter 31, of the Code of Public General Laws, passed
January session, 1865, and to repeal sections 1 and 2, of
chapter 440, of the law passed by the Legislature of Mary-
land, 1868, in relation to the publication of General Laws,
and re-enact a section to provide for the uniform price for
publishing the Public General Laws,
