Mr. McLane submitted the following message : BY THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES, April 4, 1870. We propose, with the concurrence of your Honorable Body, M. Y. KIDD, Chief Clerk. Which was read, asssnted to, and sent to the Senate. The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 810, of Article 4, Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays, with proposed amend- AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
