The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Citizens Bank
of Cumberland,

The bill entitled an Act to amend the '3d section of the
75th Article of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to
Pleadings, Practice and Process,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Berlin Bridge
Company of Frederick county,

Endorsed, ''Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 2, of chapter 434,
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at
January session 1868, entitled an A.ct to grant donations to
Wicomico county for the use of Academies and Schools, and
to re-enact the same with amendments.

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."
Also,

The bill entitled an Act for the payment of an annual pen-
sion to William Brown, of Annapolis, who lost his arm whilst
in the employ of the State,

The bill entitled an Act to regulate the manufacture and
sale of oils for illuminating purposes,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays with proposed amend-
ment."

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Add at end of section 2: provided that the fire test herein
provided shall not apply to the manufacture, sale or use of the
illuminating fluid known as gasoline.
