Article 55, of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"State Librarian," and re-enact the same with amendments,

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Amend section 17, line 20, by striking out the word "five,"
and inserting: three, in lieu thereof.

1868, chapter 292, adding an additional section to Article 51,
of the Code of Public General Laws, under the title of "Land-
lord and Tenant," by a repeal of the said Act and re-enact-
ing the same,

ment:"

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Add as section 2: And be it eaacted that the provisions of
this Act shall only apply to the counties of St. Mary's,
Prince George's and Charles.
