The bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 164, 165, 167
and 169 of an Act passed January session, 1868, chapter 87,
entitled an Act to add additional sections to Article 11, of
the Code of Public Local Laws of Frederick county, relating
to the powers and duties of the Mayor, Aldermen and Com-
mon Council of Frederick, to follow section 161, and to sub-
stitute, in lieu of sections 164, 165, 167 and 169, the follow-
ing.
Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and ndys with proposed amend-
ment:"
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
Section 169, strike out all from the word Vagrants," in
the sixteenth line, to the end of the section.
