The bill entitled an Act to incorporate and make a turn-
pike road from the Hagerstown and Waynesboro' Turnpike,
at or near Leitersburg, to intersect the Smithsburg and
Ha|erstown Turnpike, ator near Daniel Spessard's barn, on
said road, as now laid out in Washington county,

Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
thifd reading.

The bill entitled an Act to make valid the bequest of Eliza-
beth Routzahn,

ing to the powers and duties of the Mayor, Aldermen and
Common Council of Frederick, and also section 118, of an
Act passed January session, 1864, chapter 1, entitled an Act
to repeal section 118, of Article 11, of the Code of Public
Local Laws, relating to Frederick county, and to re-enact
the same with amendments, and to re-enact said sections 110
and 118 with amendments,

the Maryland Democratic Association, passed at January
