"Prince George's County," under head of "Collectors," en-
acted by the Act of 1868, chapter 330, and to repeal sections
33, 34 and 35 of Article 81, of the Code of Public General
Laws, entitled "Revenue and Taxes," enacted by the Act
of 1865, chapter 155, and section 74 of Article 81, of the
Code of Public General Laws, under same head, in so
far as the same may relate to Prince George's county, and
to re-enact the following as sections 44, 45 and 49 of Article
16, of the Code of Public Local Laws, entitled "Prince
George's County," under head of "Collectors,"

Which was read a first time and referred to the Prince
George's delegation.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Wesley Mutual
Life Insurance Company of Baltimore.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Committee
on Corporations.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to repeal the Act passed at Janu-
ary session, 1868, chapter 406, entitled an Act to repeal the
Act passed 23d of March, 1867, chap. 184, entitled an Act to
repeal Article 71, of the Code of Public General Laws of the
State of Maryland, entitled "Oysters," and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

Which was read a first time.
Also,

The bill entitled an Act to make valid a deed from the
County Commissioners of Prince George's county to Charles
Parker.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Prince
George's delegation.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act for the protection of sheep, and to
tax dogs in Baltimore county.

Which was read a first time and referred to the Baltimore
county delegation.

Also,

The bill entitled an Act to refund to John D. Bowling
'and John Bowling, of Prince George's county, moneys erro-
neously paid by them to Inspectors of Tobacco in Baltimore
citj, for outage and storage.
