1160 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 30,

Being upon a third reeding,
On motion of Mr. Sanner,

The farther consideration thereof was postponed, and the

bill made the order of the day for Thursday, 31st inst.

The bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act passed

at the January session, 186f, chapter 247, entitled an Act
to establish and incorporate an Asylum for the Deaf and
Dumb of the State of Maryland, and also, an Act passed at
the January session, 1868, chapter 409, entitled an Act to
amend and add additional sections to the Act of 1867, chap-
ter 247,

Was read a third time and passed by yeas and nays, as
follows:

The Senate bill, entitled an Act to incorporate the Balti-
more and Galveston Steamship and Warehouse Company,
with proposed amendment:

AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Section 1, line 9, strike out "Maryland Commercial," and
insert in lieu thereof: Baltimore and Galveston Steamship
and Warehouse Company.
