Purnell, Streett, Hardcastle, of Car., Bowlus, Webb, Colton,
Hoblitzell, Neill, Veitch, Wilson, of Alle., Jordan, Gorman
and Gordy constituted said CoAmittee.

On motion of Mr. Hoblitzell,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Judicial Pro-
ceedings to introduce a bill to repeal section 282 of Article
93 of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled "Testamen-
tary Law," and re-enact the same with amendments.

On motion of Mr. Cameron,

Leave was granted to the Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill to incorporate the village of Mount Wash-
ington, in Baltimore county.

On motion of Mr. Brown,

Leave was granted to Messrs. Brown, Thomas and Hard-
castle, of Talbot, to introduce a bill to provide for the pro-
tection of sheep in Queen Anne's county.

On motion of Mr. Neill,

Leave was granted tu thu Committee on Corporations to
introduce a bill to incorporate the An tie trim Railroad Com-
pany of Washington county, in the State of Maryland.

On motion of Mr. Harrington,

Leave was granted to the Dorchester county delegation to
report a bill to change the number of election districts in
Dorchester county, by annexing what is at present known as
Holland's Island election district, No. 14, to Straight's dis-
trict, No. 10, of said county.

Mr. Wiley, Chairman of the Committee on Printing, sub-
mitted the following

REPORT.

The Committee on Printing respectfully report that they
have contracted with Henry Aisquith for indexing, arrang-
ing, &c, the Journal of this House for the present session,
for the same sum that was paid for indexing the last House
Journal.

Which was adopted.

Mr. Mitchell, Chairman of the Committee on the Judiciary,
reported favorably a bill entitled an Act, to amend section
10 of Article 51 of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled
"Justices of the Peace."
