The House met.

The House then resumed the consideration of the unfinished
business of the morning session, being the bill relating to
the repeal of the Inspection Laws of the State.
Mr. Gatch moved that the unfinished business of the
morning session be postponed, and that the House proceed
to the consideration of House bills entitled to a third reading.
Decided in the negative.
Mr. Watkins moved that the unfinished business of the
morning session be postponed, and that the House proceed
to the consideration of the bill entitled an Act to provide for
the better protection of sheep in the counties of the State of
Maryland, and for reimbursing owners for losses sustained
by them in the killing or injuring of sheep by dogs.
