Was read a second time and ordered to be engrossed for a
third reading.

The Senate 'bill entitled an Act supplementary to an Act
entitled an Act to make certain improvements in the vicinity
of the State Live Stock Scales, passed at the January session
1864, chap. 23, and to an Act amendatory thereof, passed
1866, chapter 120, by appropriating a sum of money to ena-
ble the Commissioners therein named to discharge the lia-
bilities incurred thereunder,

Was read a second time.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to repeal sections 82 and
84, of Article 10, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
"Dorchester County," sub-title "Collectors," relating to the
redemption of real estate sold for taxes, and the mode of re-
covering possession thereof,

Was read a second time.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to add additional sections
to the 4th Article of the Code of Public Local LawSj relating
to the "City of Baltimore," sub-title ''Streets,"

Was read a second time.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to amend an Act passed
by the General Assembly of Maryland 1868, chap. 238, enti-
tled "Licenses," so as to empower traders to sell the license
with the stock of goods,

Was read a second time.

The Senate bill entitled an Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 77, of the Code of Public General Laws, en-
titled "Railroads,"

Was read a second time.

The question then recurring upon the bill being ordered
to a third reading,
