point an additional Justice of the Peace for the 7th election
district of Cecil county,

The bill entitled an Act to repeal section 57, Article 1, of
the Public Local Laws of Allegany county, in relation to
deer, and to re-enact the same to read as follows,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

The bill entitled a supplement to an Act entitled an Act to
incorporate the Monumental Savings Institution, passed at
January session 1868, chapter 125, and to change the name
of said Institution to the Monumental Savings Bank, to au-
thorize an increase of its capital stock, and to grant addi-
tional powers thereto,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the County Commis-
sioners of Harford county, to sell a part of the poor house
farm and to erect suitable buildings for the use of the pau-
pers of said county, and to levy a sum of money for that pur-
pose,

The bill entitled an Act to incorporate the Chesapeake
Coal and Iron Company,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays.''

The bill entitled an Act to authorize the Commissioners of
Carroll county to levy a tax of money upon the taxable pro-
perty of Carroll county to pay Robert J. Jimison, of said
county, for the boarding, clothing and nursing of Benjamin
Jimison, a lunatic pauper of said county,

Endorsed, "Passed by yeas and nays."

The, Secretary of the Senate delivered

The bill entitled an Act to repeal the 83rd section of the
20th Article of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, entitled "Fish and Fisheries" in the Patuxent river,
and to re-enact the same with amendments.
