HILDA E. FORD, Secretary of Personnel, 1987—. Born in New York City, April 19,
1924. Attended Girls' High School, Brooklyn, N.Y.; Brooklyn College, 1942-45; College of

Commission on Civil Rights; Governor's Task Force on Equal Employment for Women in
