Chapter 788 - 1984

AN ACT, prohibiting certain persons from entering upon the duties of, or continuing to serve in,
certain elective offices created by or pursuant to the Maryland Constitution if the person was not a
registered voter in the State on the date of the person's election or appointment to that term or if, at any
time thereafter and prior to the completion of the term, the person ceases to be a registered voter;

acknowledging certain exceptions.
