Baltimore. Graduated from the University of Maryland, B.S. in mechanical engineering, 1961;

University, 1967-1969, University of Baltimore, 1984--. Served in the U.S. Navy, lieutenant,
1961-1965. Mechanical engineer. Member, U.S. Naval Institute; American Institute of Plant
Engineers; Building Officials and Code Administrators International, Inc. (BOCA); Communi-
ty College of Baltimore faculty (part-time), 1973-1977. Project engineer, E. I. Dupont Co.,

of Budget and Fiscal Planning, 1968-1971; chief, Capital Budget, Engineering and Mainte-

H. LOUIS STETTLER III, Secretary of Budget and Fiscal Planning, 1981-. Born on June
