Chapter 630—1980

AN ACT, declared by the General Assembly to af-
fect Wicomico County only, which provides that on a
finding by the Wicomico County Council that there is
an immediate need, the County Council may provide
that any property in Wicomico County that is not built
on may be acquired immediately for public use; and
providing a method of payment to the owner at the fair
market value.
