Chapter 136—1980

AN ACT, declared by the General Assembly to af-
fect Anne Arundel County only, which provides that
the charter for the Government of Anne Arundel Coun-
ty may provide for the election of the members of the
County Council of that County by councilmanic dis-
tricts, or by the voters of the entire county, or by a
combination of these methods of election.
