AN ACT providing for the suspension, without pay or
benefits, of certain elected officials from office upon con-
viction of or the entry of certain pleas to certain crimes
and for the removal of such officials if the conviction
becomes final; providing for appointments to fill such
elective office during such suspension; providing for the
reinstatement of such elected official and the restoration
of pay and benefits under certain circumstances.
