more, March 18, 1934. Attended Ohio and Wisconsin parochial
schools; Daly City, California public schools. Radio station execu-
tive Member, Governor's Committee to Promote Employment of
the Handicapped. Alternate delegate, 1972 Republican National
Convention. Member, Legislative Committee, Maryland-District
of Columbia-Delaware Broadcasters' Association. Former mem-
ber, board of directors, Maryland State Chamber of Commerce.
Past president. Greater Annapolis Chamber of Commerce. Past
president, Maryland Clam Festival. Member, Annapolis Zonta
Club; Ladies Auxiliary of Anne Arundel General Hospital.

MICHAEL J. SPRAGUE, Democrat, District 29; born in Indian

CHARLES J. SULLIVAN. JR.. Democrat, District 22; born in
Washington, D.C., November 23, 1936. Attended Washington,

Georgetown University Law Center, LL.B., 1961. Admitted to
the Maryland Bar, 1963. Served in the U.S. Air Force. Member,
Young Democrats of Maryland; American, Maryland, and Prince

tional Guard Association; International Association of Approved
Basketball Officials. Married. Member of the House of Delegates
since 1971. Vice chairman, Constitution and Administrative Law
Committees since 1975.
CASPER R. TAYLOR. JR.. Democrat, District 2A; born in
Cumberland, December 19, 1934. Attended Allegany County pa-
rochial schools; University of Notre Dame, B.A., 1956, Served
in the U.S. Air Force R.O.T.C., 1952-54. Past president, Allegany
County Liquor Dealers. Member, Elks; Moose; Knights of
Columbus; South Cumberland Business and Civic Association.
Past president, Dapper Dan Club. Member, Chamber of Com-
merce; Maryland Wildlife Federation. President, Academy of
Political Science at Notre Dame. Married. Member of the House
