DONALD B. ROBERTSON. Democrat, District 18; born in Wash-
ington, D.C., October 6, 1931. Attended Washington, D.C., and
Montgomery County public schools; Oberlin College, A.B., 1953;
Columbia University School of Law, LL.B., 1958. Served in the
U.S. Navy, 1953-55. Vice chairman, Citizens' Committee of
Chevy Chase, Section III, 1968-71. Former area vice president
and board member. Western Suburban Democratic Club. Mem-
ber, Eastern Montgomery, Kensington-Wheaton, and Men's
Democratic Clubs. Married. Member of the House of Delegates
since 1971. Chairman, Montgomery County Delegation since
1972.
FRANK C. ROBEY, JR.. Democrat, District 44: born in Baltimore,
April 26, 1936. Attended Baltimore public schools: Western
Maryland College, A.B., 1957; Loyola College, M.Ed., 1963;
The Johns Hopkins University, Certificate of Advanced Study in
Education; University of Wisconsin; University of Puget Sound;

Weirton, W. Va., June 29, 1943. Attended West Virginia public
schools; Washington and Jefferson College, B.A., 1965; University
of Baltimore, LL.B., 1969; Morgan State College; The George
Washington University. Member, Annapolis Democratic City
Central Committee; Annapolis Waterfront Association; Common
Cause; Agenda for a Responsible Annapolis; Chesapeake Environ-
mental Protection Association. Creator of non-profit public trans-
portation system in southern Anne Arundel County. Married.
Member of the House of Delegates since 1975.
DAVID GRAY ROSS, Democrat, District 24; born in Quanah,
Texas. August 9, 1935. Attended Washington, D.C. public
schools; George Washington University; American University,
BS., 1960; J.D., 1964. Member of D.C. and Maryland Bars.
Lt. Col., U.S. Army Reserve. Member, Advisory Board of
Juvenile Services. Chairman, Board of Trustees, Prince George's
Community College, 1969-70. Master of Juvenile Causes, Prince
George's Circuit Court, 1968-70. Member, Governor's Commis-
sion on Juvenile Justice. President, Board of Trustees, Baltimore
