DANIEL J. MINNICK. JR.. Democrat, District 8; born in Balti-
more County, October 14, 1925 Attended Baltimore County paro-
chial and public schools. Served in the U.S. Navy during World
War II. Member, Twelfth District Democratic Club; Lions; Dun-
dalk Athletic Club and other local organizations. Married. Mem-
ber of the House of Delegates since 1967. Chairman, Protocol
Committee.
U. CLAYTON MITCHELL. JR.. Democrat, District 34; born in
Chestertown, April 16, 1936. Attended Kent County public
schools; Goldey Beacom Junior College. Served in the U.S. Army.
County Commissioner of Kent County, 1966-70. Member, Pro-
fessional Negotiations Committee; Task Force to Develop a Sys-
tem of Periodic Motor Vehicle Inspection; Governor's Compre-
hensive Health Committee Married. Member of the House of
Delegates since 1971. Chairman, Eastern Shore Delegation since
1974.
LOUIS P. MORSBERGER. Democrat, District 13; born in Balti-
more, August 26, 1929. Attended Baltimore public schools.
Tavern owner. Served in the U.S. Army, 1951-53. Chairman,
Baltimore County Democratic State Central Committee of First
District, 1966-74. Alternate delegate to Democratic National
Convention, 1968. Member, Ridgeway-Consolidated Democratic
Club; Catonsville Businessmen's Association; Masons; Shrine;
Catonsville Hunt Club; Catonsville Historical Society; American
Legion; Elks. Married. Member of the House of Delegates
since 1975.
ANDREW O. MOTHERSHEAD. Democrat, District 21; born in
Washington, D.C., October 4, 1926. Attended Prince George's
County public schools. President, Sonny's Inc, and Drywall
Hauling, Inc. Member, past president and past lieutenant gover-
nor, Kiwanis International, 1950 to date. Member, board of
directors, Prince George's Chamber of Commerce, 1964-66.
