CHARLES S. BLUMENTHAL, Democrat, District 27; born in New
York, N.Y., January 21, 1924. Attended New York City public
schools; New York University; M I.T., certificate in civil engi-
neering 1947. Construction management. Served with U.S. Army
during World War II. Project director and contract administrator
for construction of many public buildings in Washington, D.C.,
Detroit, Michigan, Paducah, Ky., and New York. Married. Mem-
ber of the House of Delegates since 1971.
DeCORSEY E. BOLDEN, Republican, District 1A; born in Oak-
land, November 27, 1924. Attended Oakland public schools; Uni-
versity of Maryland. Businessman Served with the U S. Navy
during World War II and Korean War. Member, Optimist Club;
Oakland Volunteer Fire Department; American Legion; Knights
of Pythias; Woodmen of the World. Married. Member of the
House of Delegates since 1971.
BERT BOOTH. Republican, District II; born in Baltimore, August
24, 1925 Attended Baltimore County public schools; University
of Maryland School of Pharmacy. Housewife. Member, Maryland
Advisory Committee to United States Civil Rights Commission
since 1970. President, League of Women Voters of Maryland,
1973-74. President, League of Women Voters of Baltimore
County, 1967-71. Married. Member of the House of Delegates
since 1975.
P. VERNON BOOZER, Republican, District 10; born in Norfolk,
Va., January 30, 1936. Attended Norfolk public schools; Duke
University, A.B., 1958; University of Maryland School of Law,
J.D., 1964. Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1964. Trial Magis-
trate, Baltimore County, 1967-68. Administrator of Loan Laws,
1968-69. Member, American, Maryland, and Baltimore County
