Ridge, N.J., January 13, 1917. Attended public schools in White
Plains, N.Y. and Hotchkiss School; Yale College, B.A., 1939;
M.I.T., certificate in advanced meteorology, 1943; Yale Law
School, LL.B., 1948. Admitted to the New York Bar in 1958.
Admitted to the District of Columbia Bar, 1967. Served in the
U.S. Air Force during World War II. State Insurance Commis-
sioner, 1967-70. Chairman, Maryland delegation. Republican Na-
tional Convention, 1964 State Chairman, Republican State Cen-

ROBERT E. STROBLE. Republican, District 11; born in Williams-
port, Pa., May 14, 1940. Attended Williamsport public schools;
