JEROME F. CONNELL. SR.. Democrat, District 31; born in Balti-
more, October 17, 1927. Attended Baltimore parochial and public
schools; University of Baltimore School of Law, LL.B., 1958.
Admitted to the Maryland Bar, 1958. Served with the U.S. Army,
1946-53. Trial Magistrate, Anne Arundel County, 1959-60, 1962-
64. Assistant County Solicitor, Anne Arundel County, 1961-62.
Member, Lake Shore Democratic Club; Roland Terrace Demo-
cratic Club; Stoney Creek Democratic Club; Trial Judges As-
sociation of Maryland; Heuisler Honor Society; Elks; Board of
Directors, Big Brothers. Named Big Brother of the Year, 1966.
Married. Member of the House of Delegates, 1967-71, Member
of the Senate since 1975.
EDWARD T. CONROY. Democrat, District 24; born in New York
State, January 31, 1929. Attended Fordham University, B.S.,
1951; Georgetown Law Center, LL.B., 1956; LL.M., 1957; J.D.,
1967. Admitted to Maryland Bar, 1957. Served with the U.S.
Army, 1951-54. Received Silver Star and two Purple Hearts.

tion Center. Member, Chamber of Commerce; Knights of Colum-
bus; Elks; Lions; American Legion: Military Order of the Purple

Named outstanding disabled veteran in the United States, 1968,
and in Maryland, 1967. Twice chosen Outstanding Citizen

mittee since 1967. Chairman, Constitutional and Public Laws

October 29, 1932. Attended Baltimore parochial schools; Western
Maryland College, A.B., 1958; University of Baltimore Law
School, LL.B., 1966. Served in the U.S. Marine Corps, 1951-54.
Member, Democratic District Executive Committee for 13th Dis-
trict, Baltimore County, 1962. Member, English Consul Demo-
cratic Club; Patapsco Democratic Club; Knights of Columbus;
Order of the Alhambra; Arbutus Community Association. Mem-
ber and past president, Arbutus Social Club, Inc. Married. Mem-
ber of the House of Delegates, 1967-71. Member of the Senate
since 1971. Chairman, Baltimore County Senate Delegation, 1973
and 1975.
JOHN P. CORDERMAN, Democrat, District 2; born in Hagers-
town, May 14, 1942. Attended Hagerstown public schools; Hagers-
town Junior College; University of Maryland, B.A., 1965; Uni-
versity of Maryland School of Law, J.D., 1968. Admitted to the
Maryland Bar, 1968. Deputy State's Attorney for Washington
County, 1971-74. Member, American, Maryland and Washington
County Bar Associations. Named Outstanding Young Man of
1973 by Hagerstown Jaycees. Married. Member of the Senate
