'Created by Chapter 205, Acts of 1976 The Commission
consists of seventeen members of whom five are appointed
by the Board of County Commissioners of Allegany
County Two members are appointed by the members of
the General Assembly who represent Allegany County;
three are appointed by the Mayor and City Council of
Cumberland, two are appointed by the City of Frostburg;
i and one each are appointed by the municipalities of
Barton, Lonaconing, Luke, Midland and Westernport. The
' Commission selects its own officers and is scheduled to
'' report prior to January 1, 1978
