MARYLAND CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICTS
(Created by Chapter 353, Acts of 1971)
First District: Harford, Cecil, Kent, Queen Anne's, Caroline, Talbot,
Dorchester, Wicomico, Worcester, Somerset, Calvert, Charles and St.
Mary's Counties.
Second District: Baltimore County: Election districts 3, 5-8, 10-12,
14 and 15; that part of election district 2, consisting of precincts 1-10,
12-17, 19 and 22: that part of election district 4, consisting of pre-
cincts 6-9; and that part of election district 9 consisting of precincts
1-8,17-23,32,34-54.
Baltimore City: Ward 27, precincts 86-90, 103-105, and Ward 28,
precinct 2B.
Third District: Baltimore City: Wards 1-4, 21-20, precincts 1-4,
7-14 of Ward 6, precincts 1-3, 25 and 26 of Ward 8, precincts 1-5,
26-31 of Ward 9, precincts 1-4, 21-24, of Ward 12, precinct 13 of Ward
20, precincts 1-77 of Ward 27.
Baltimore County: That part of Election District I that consists of
precincts 9-16, 21-32; Election District 13; and precincts 9-16, 24-31,
and 33 of Election District 9.
Fourth District: Anne Arundel County, and the following Election
Districts of Prince George's County: 3rd-5th; precincts 2, 4, 6-10,
12-17 of the 6th, 8th, 9th, 11th, 12th, and 15th.
Fifth District: Prince George's County: 1st, 2nd, 7th, 10th, 13th,
14th, 16th-21st Election Districts; precincts 1, 3, 5, II and 15 of the 6th.
Montgomery County: Precincts 4, 6, 8, 9, 21, 22, and 41 of the 13th
Election District.
Sixth District: Garrett, Allegany, Washington, Frederick, Carroll
and Howard Counties: the 1st and 12th Election Districts of Mont-
gomery County; and the following areas of Baltimore County:
Precincts 1-8, 17-20 of Election District 1; precincts 20 and 21 of
Election District 2; precincts 1-5 of Election District 4.
Seventh District: Baltimore City: Wards 5, precincts 1-17 of Ward
7, precincts 5-6 of Ward 6, precincts 1-17 of Ward 7, precincts 4-24
of Ward 8, precincts 6-25 of Ward 9, Wards 10-11, precincts 5-20 of
Ward 12, Wards 13-19, all precincts except the 13th of Ward 20, pre-
cincts 78-85, 91-102 of Ward 27, and all precincts except 2B of Ward 28.
Eighth District: Montgomery County: Election Districts 2-11, and
all precincts except precincts 4, 6, 9, 21, 22, and 41 of the 13th District.
