Chapter 599—Acts of 1973
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 35(b) of
Article 77 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1972 Supplement),
title "Public Education," subtitle "Chapter 4. County Boards of
Education"; and to add new Section 35B of the same article, title
and sub-title, to follow immediately after Section 35A thereof;
providing for the composition, election, salary, powers and duties
of the Board of Education of Carroll County and matters generally
relating to an elected school board for Carroll County; and sub-
mitting this Act to a referendum of the legally qualified voters of
Carroll County.
