262 MARYLAND MANUAL
Chapter 879—Acts of 1974
AN ACT providing for the suspension, without pay or benefits, of
certain elected officials from office upon conviction of or the entry of
certain pleas to certain crimes and for the removal of such officials
if the conviction becomes final; providing for appointments to fill such
elective office during such suspension; providing for the reinstatement
of such elected official and the restoration of pay and benefits under
certain circumstances.
