260 MARYLAND MANUAL
Chapter 745—Acts of 1973
AN ACT imposing requirements for a balanced budget, requiring
that the budget bill as submitted by the Governor, supplemented by
the Governor and amended by the General Assembly contain proposed
appropriations not in excess of total estimated revenues.
